Return Policy
We hope you love your experience and find our products amazing, but if something isn't right, please contact us first so we can make it right and joyful again.
You have 14 days after tracking indicates that your order was delivered to request a return or refund. Any requests received after those 14 days will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return or if you have any return questions, please contact us at support@findyourjoytoday.com. Include your first and last name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return/exchange to expedite the process. We would also appreciate it if you would state the reason(s) for return. We appreciate customer feedback on our products.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you recieve a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or shipped back to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), pre-orders, sale items, consumable products in shipped packages, and digital products.
Damages and issues
We inspect all of our items prior to shipping and double check our shipments, but mistakes can happen and we want you to get what you ordered! Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Must report damages and issues within 3 days of product delivery date (per shipping carrier tracking information) or they will not be accepted.
- Please contact us immediately at support@findyourjoytoday.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or note the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
- Wrong item(s) shipped:
- If applicable, will follow our Return or Refund policy above but we will get you the correct product(s) and incur the shipping costs to do so.
- Damaged item(s):
- Must be reported to us prior to using the item, with tags still attached.
- Must not be due to misuse of the product.
- Must provide a photo of the damaged product(s), not only for proof but also so we can have better communication with our suppliers and ensure quality products to our customers.
- If any damaged products are requested to be sent back, we will provide instructions and pay for return shipping. However, if any items received back are truly not damaged, you will incur that return shipping expense and will not be issued a refund for the product(s).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we do not have the item in stock or it will not be restocked, we may offer an exchange for a similar product, a refund, or store credit. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Note: shipping costs are non-refundable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company (if that was your original method of payment). If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@findyourjoytoday.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We provide tracking information on each order, but ownership of packages is turned over to USPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you have any issues, we suggest you start by contacting your local USPS for assistance.
